Back in Zurich

After 2 weeks of travelling, I'm finally back in Zurich. I'm still amazed by the prices here. :P The currency's about as strong as the usd, but things just cost so much more. Especially the food. I wouldn't be happy studying here I think. :P Meat and vegetables are priced at a premium cuz they're all raised or grown in Switzerland. Carbs (especially bread) form such a huge part of the diet..

Backpacking europe part 3

I feel like I've learned a fair bit on this trip, despite it being my third time backpacking in Europe. There's always new experiences to be had, new places to visit, new people to meet. I'm now at my last stop- Vienna, and it's great thus far. ;) Feeling kinda wistful that the trip's coming to an end, yet glad at the same time that I'm going back to familiar territory, where I don't have to be on guard at all times. Ted's a pretty great travelling partner, I must say. ;D

It's scary to feel lonely in the midst of friends. Sometimes I feel like no one really understands me.

Boooo. I hate studying for finals. :( No motivation or whatsoever.

Trust

I want to be able to trust you.

I love new york. Magnolia cupcakes + Yogurtland + Chipotle + wandering around SoHo and Greenwich = A happy me. It was nostalgic revisiting my favorite summer haunts.. I think new york's my ideal city to work in, city-wise at least. I guess it could be the unfamiliarity of it which makes it attractive.
